Personal Face Data
Your personal face recognition data is not stored in the application. Magic AI uses face recognition technology to recognize faces in photos and camera experiences. We run a Machine Learning model named Roop on Replicate servers located in the USA. We communicate with Replicate over the Internet and send your inputs to the Replicate server. We detect facial marks to provide face recognition contents and facial manipulation features like face swapping. We do not use such information for identifying a specific person. This information is processed in real-time for providing features of the Application. Replicate does not store any input and output files. As described in the link, "Input and output (including any files) are automatically deleted after an hour for any generation created through the API." you can find this sentence in the provided link above. Your face data will not be used for any other purpose other than face swapping. You must expressly consent to our collection and use of such facial recognition technology and data in order to use the Application and you may not use the Application without providing such express consent.

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:
- Disclosure for Law Enforcement Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
- Business Transaction If we or our subsidiaries are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred.
- Other cases. We may disclose your information also: to our subsidiaries and affiliates; to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business;
